LIGHTING DESIGN : WE

WE was an experimental movement piece that explored the concepts of relationships, spoken text, music, and improvisation. With all the soft goods flown out, the space lent itself the opportunity to be filled with other elements. In this case, fluorescent tubes were used to represent the various relationships we encounter while maintaining individuality. The use of uplights was an impulse that was pursued in order to showcase the humanity and individuality between the dancers.
